If you need an album on CD, I'm your man. Need a DVD to put all of your family photos on? You got it. Have old family video tapes that you need digitized and put onto a BD-R disc? I can do that too. I'm open to all sorts of projects, just tell me what you need, and I'll work with you to make your dream become a reality. All of my products are made with quality being the top priority. Custom cover and disc artwork are services I offer standard. However, if for example, you already have artwork for your album, we can use that! Generally speaking, though, I will handle the production of front/back cover material, and I will prepare professional disc artwork to make your project pop! Whether you're a small band trying to get your music out there or you're trying to distribute your short film physically, I can take care of those needs at a reasonable price. 

This is not a definitive list and will continue to be updated with each new kind of project I work on, as I expand the scope of my skills and experience. All optical disc projects will come standard with professional, permanent, water and UV proof artwork on the disc itself. These are just some ideas of what I offer.

If you are a hobbyist who simply would like to use my disc printer at a low cost, I can accommodate those requests as well.

Disc duplication - Already have an .iso file prepared but need a large number of discs to hand out to others? I can do that too.

Disc printing - Already have artwork and just want your artwork professionally printed on a disc? Sure thing. I charge $10* a disc and you pay for the postage if your order includes less than 5 discs. If your order includes more than 5 prints, I will pay the postage. *(I will provide the disc(s). This covers the cost of the disc itself, the ink and the CD sleeve to ship it to you.)

Already have your disc production/duplication needs taken care of but you want professional cover artwork or disc artwork designed special for your project? I've got that taken care of as well. 

I can create custom Blu-Ray, DVD and CD covers. (In most cases, I will need some assets provided to me.) 

I can create custom disc artwork ready for print. 

FEEs:

The fee I charge will vary vastly depending the on the scope and scale of each project. ALL projects will incur the cost of physical materials into the fee, plus compensation for my time, effort and expertise. 

For projects that require a batch(es) of larger than 25 units you shall pay the fee in addition to a percentage of every unit that is sold. This is primarily for albums, short films, feature films, television and other commercial video/audio projects on optical discs. 

For projects that produce 25 or fewer units I charge a flat fee, and you will not have to pay a percentage. This is primarily for people doing small projects such as family slideshows or backing up family videos or limited access/screener copies of your work.

I reserve the rights to all the designs I create such as custom artwork for covers and discs, menu systems, etc. You may not reproduce or copy my work on your own as it defeats the purpose of my business. I am reasonable, I will work with you. 

ALL products will include my logo/business name, Freedom Optical Media on the back cover. This is a way to stamp the products I have made and send people my way if they are pleased with the product. As I've stated before, I am reasonable, I will work with you on where to locate it so it's unobtrusive.

Once the project details are discussed and agreed upon, I will have you sign a digital contract and then I will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, work will begin ASAP and delivered in the timeline we have discussed. *I will note, as I learn how long it realistically takes me to do projects, I will overestimate my time, as I'd rather exceed expectations than fail to uphold my word. I can't promise that I won't run into any unforeseen issues that may take an uncertain amount of time to solve but I do promise to do the best I can.

I cannot make optical discs for anything you do own the rights to. I am not in the business of copyright infringement or bootlegging. 

I am legally obligated to disclose that I cannot use Sony's Blu-Ray logo anywhere in or on the packaging, disc or menu systems of any product I make. Neither can you or I advertise it as a "Blu-Ray". When advertising, language must be specific. You can reference that it is on the Blu-Ray disc format in plain text, but the Blu-Ray logo may not be used without a license, which at this point I don't foresee obtaining. While it is legal, the one exception I have is that I will not produce optical media that contains material in which its sole purpose is to be sexually explicit or pornographic in nature. I want to run a respectable business and that has no place here. If that's a problem, please find someone else that will better suit your needs.
